Working with Kathy Poirier was such a pleasure. We did a major renovation of our living space. Not being familiar with the whole process, Kathy guided us through every step along the way. Due to her extensive experience and knowledge, she created a seamless process. Her plans were very detailed and thorough which allowed the construction process to go very smoothly and timely. My husband and I were apprehensive going into the process as we heard many people having nightmare renovation stories. We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly our renovation went. Kathy helped us find a fabulous builder and both of them together created a wonderful end result that we absolutely love and all of our friends are so amazed at the transition.
